We're thrilled to offer services that support community inclusion and integration through meaningful employment. Our Employment Professionals understand the significance of gainful employment and are passionate about transforming individual interests and strengths into skills and talents necessary in employment settings. Diversability Inc. is dedicated to building ongoing relationships with businesses across Central Oregon.

For those who qualify, referrals from Community Developmental Disability Programs (CDDP), Vocational Rehabilitation (VR), or the Oregon Commission for the Blind (OCB) begin the process of matching Employment Professionals to individuals based on established person centered employment plans.  Employment services may also be accessed through private pay options for individuals with diversabilities who are not engaged in publicly funded services. 

job development

Job Development involves working with individuals to obtain employment aligning with their Career Development Plans. Finding a job requires collaboration with a team of people, and may take some time to develop before reaching the highest level of "goodness of fit".

job coaching

Job Coaching involves mentoring individuals in their chosen employment environment, supporting them in maintaining employment, and encouraging advancement in their employment field. Job Coaching services are intended to continue as long as people require them and are individualized based on unique needs.
